Came here for an oil change and they were awesome! So fast and professional. Richard was so helpful! Also this is definitely the cheapest oil change I have found in all of Austin. Other places are literally double the price. Super happy I found them :) Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for my car to get a regular oil change. I went to drop the vehicle off a day early so they can get to the car when they can. The person I talked to was Brian. Brian said they could get to the car now if I wanted to stay around for an hour, which I did. When they were done changing the oil, the person who worked on my car said; "That there was something that usually needs to be replaced at the mileage my vehicle had on it. But I could tell that it has recently been replaced." He did not try to push any other service on me. I will always trust them with my vehicles and for being honest. If your car, truck…even your UFO!?…has mechanical problems, do yourself a favor and bring it over to Qualtech. These guys are down to earth, yet their service is outta this world. Nobody likes Auto problems. Nobody in Dripping Springs has time to get work done on their cars when they could be playing pickleball or whatever fad they dragged with them from California. I’m here to say, when you DO have the unfortunate situation of auto problems, do yourself a favor and bring that chariot to the pros at QualTech. I stopped by shop because I had a low tire on my truck. It was the afternoon before we were expecting a winter storm. The guys got me right in and I didn’t have to wait long. The mechanic came out and let me know that he didn’t find a leak in the tire. He even checked the tire sensors for me. He checked all the tires for the correct pressure as well. He came back out and let me know everything he did. After they finished I expected to pay for their time they spent. The guys up front said no charge.. I was on my way in know time.

I visited QualTech just before the January freeze because my driver-side tire was so low the gas station pump wouldn't even work. The front desk team was incredible—they got my car looked at immediately and got the tire filled so I could get through the freeze safely. When I noticed a slow leak later, I brought it back a second time. The mechanics found a tiny staple hidden in the tire and removed it. To my surprise, they didn't charge me for either visit. They are absolute life-savers who truly prioritize the safety of their customers. I couldn't recommend them more
