Christian Brothers Automotive Southaven

I placed a review several weeks ago with a much higher rating. The service I received initially was great but shortly after I picked up my car, the same issues started up again. I called the shop and explained the issue. I was assured I could drive the car with out any engine damage. When I arrived home in Wisconsin, I took my to a Subaru dealer. What they found was a bolt that was not replaced or had not been tightened and eventually worked it's way out causing the engine to misfire. I notified Christian Brothers through their website 3 weeks ago. As of today, I have not received a reply or follow up call. Very disappointed that noone had the courtesy to contact me.

I have been going to Christian Brothers for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs and always get outstanding service. I live locally so it is very convenient for me that when I drop my car off, they give me a ride home and when my car is ready, they will bring me back to the shop. Their prices are fair and they will be up front and honest about what your car needs. Corey and Sean have helped me tremendously. If you want great service at a great price, Christian Brothers is where you need to take your car.

Friendly service. Fast repairs. Worked with me to know which repairs needed to be done and which could wait, saving me money. Complimentary shuttle saved my wife and I the headache of coordinating cars. Just a great company all around!

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and technicians. CBA helped us with a timely diagnosis and repair with our vehicle over a holiday weekend. In the midst of traveling through Southaven, an unexpected issue occurred with our Highlander. CBA was able to work us into their busy schedule and get us back on the road within 24 hours. Did a pre-purchased vehicle inspection easy to set up the appointment online employees were super helpful checking me in even shuttling me to Starbucks so I could wait there for the work to be completed. Calling me when it was done explaining to me what they found And sending the shuttle back to get me I only wish the store was closer to me in Germantown.
