Impeccable staff here!!! The best place for a new Harley. My parents were elated at the deal management got them and my mom is known to drive a hard bargain. If she left with a new 2026 Harley 3 days after they came out, I already know it was because someone worked VERY hard to see her happy!!! Keep up the extraordinary work guys. She even let them urge a trip to the gift shop for Harley gear (as if she needed any more!) I’m proud they always take great care of loyal friends.

Not much of a clearance section. Plenty of motorcycles too. Nice to be greeted, but not a fan of feeling like every salesperson on the floor wants you to buy something. At least that is how my boyfriend sees it. Going on a Tuesday afternoon when they are not busy, one has to expect the employees are going to want to talk with customers.

Very nice facility and plenty of bikes. We were disappointed by the lack of transparency on the deal the sales manager tried to put together for us. At one point, we asked to see what made up his OTD price, but he refused to show the itemized extra fees. I had never experienced this level of lack of transparency at any dealership, car, boat, or otherwise. The bike had a price tag showing $25,999. The deal included $3,624 of unexplained costs. Yeah some were taxes, freight, doc fees. The point is it wasn't listed and he would not provide it after we asked him to show it. The sales tag showed 25,999 and the first price listed on his first offer, started at 28,199 and went UP from there. Very large Harley with lots of used and new bikes. Large service center and a fun biker restaurant next door called Sidecar. Shirts start around $40 and poker chips are $3.50 which is a little speedy, but you’re not far from Memphis so it’s to be expected. They have an Elvis themed bike and another bike that was signed by Elvis which is really awesome. Staff were nice and they had clean bathrooms.

Yall need some manners, meaning your sales Mananger needs them. Selling a Bike out from under someone you are wrong. I will be telling people dont go their to buy a bike. Hope you lose a lot of business. Its not what ya know its who ya know. Yall don't know who I know. I will not be back to buy a Bike.
