Excellent experience! I was a walk-in, and they completed everything needed for my vehicle, including its first oil change and tire rotation. The technician was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain the service and even suggested items to keep in mind for future maintenance. It's a first come first serve.I usually get there and be the third or fourth person in line. They open the bay doors at exactly 7am and both service received I was out of there within an 2hrs(that's the max). For me that's quick. Both times my service agents kept me informed and gave exceptional customer service.

Outstanding responsiveness and service from every member of the team from start to finish. Unlike many Honda dealers, they did not play chicken[poop] games with respect to pricing on a Type R. Clayton Jones is one of the most pleasant, helpful, and professional automobile sales people with whom I have ever dealt. Likewise, Fred and Marino in Finance, and D'Andre in Service, were unfailingly pleasant and professional. A lot of other Honda dealers with whom I dealt in shopping for a Type R would do well to emulate their devotion to excellent customer service, instead of doing everything possible to alienate someone ready, willing, and able to fork over major money for a vehicle.

My service was awesome from the beginning to the very end. The two young men that greeted me were awesome! Kevin came along and the three of them just made my visit outstanding I couldn’t have gotten better service.Ask Kevin the names of the two young men that was there with him I’m going to call the three of the my A Team. I hope you will do something for them it was almost time for them to get off but they made me feel like it was 9 am not closing time.
