Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Center

By far THE worst service center I've ever visited. I had been taking both of my Mopars here for over a decade now and I just can't believe how downhill it's gone. I've caught them red-handed lying about what was wrong with my Chrysler 300. I got told that I needed all new brakes. Turns out the issue was a loose lug nut left on by the dealer causing a knocking noise.... They've also refused to honor my MaxCare Mopar warranty on several occasions despite agreeing that the issues were covered by warranty. They told me to take it up with corporate because claims were "at their discretion". I would never bring my vehicle back here nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I waited 2 hrs 15mins for an oil change and tire rotation that NEVER came. They knew I was waiting with my truck, but no indication of how long I'd be waiting. I was at least another 45mins out before my turn. It's obvious that waiting customers aren't given any consideration.

(UPDATE) Not a fan of the redecorating. The business area is uncomfortable and noisy. One of the best, even under COVID-19 restrictions. The key to waiting customers is managing their expectations. The Service Department did this well.

Terrible customer service, all they did was pass me to the next person on the phone. Nobody wanted to do their job and answer a simple question about a part number.

The young man that changed my oil and listen to the car salesman it sound like a good place to go I'm very happy with my oil change
