Ron worked hard to earn our business. He was personable and knowledgable of the product; showing us all the cool features of our new car. The team at City Auto brought in a great car and helped us get a good deal. Very satisfied with our new-to-us 2022 Hyundai Palisade.

Brendon... Was amazing... The guy in the back though almost made we walk out of deal... I didn't want the 109 / month service thing they had... He literally goes... In the RUDEST tone.. And super kurt.. "dont call us if it blows up" then I said man I'm just trying to get the cheapest payment and hes like yeah I get it you want your car on fire... Be glad he was after I had already found the car... I probably wont go back. 😕 I immediately to the car to mechanic after paid 700 just to make sure they didnt sell me a lemon...

I would say, from start to finish, I had a great experience here! I didn't think I would be buying a car the same day as I was coming in to look at it. Process was easy, made some extra purchases along the way. Overall satisfied with my sale rep Brendon and the staff there at City Auto.

For the first time in my adult life, I had a five star experience at a dealership service center. John (who came from Mitsubishi corporate last month) was an absolute pleasure to work with. My corporate fleet was down a box truck and he worked as fast as possible to get me back to 100% capacity. Kept me updated every day, made sure items covered by warranty were free, and kept to his promises. We should expect this kind of service from every business, but sadly that’s just not the case anymore these days. But for real, they took care of me and did a great job and John was at the center of it. Kudos to his management team.

Came wanting to purchase car. Ron Morris was excellent to work with, knowledgable and respectful. He was also kind and funny to talk with. Ron explained everything to me...such patience. I bought a car today! A wonderful experience!
