Amazing service!!!! My car blew up (blew a head gasket) and the owner came to me within 10 minutes!!!! Not only was he quick but very nice and polite!!! One of the employees named jimmy was a big help as well!!! He deserves a raise!!!! He was such a good man… he treated me as if I was his daughter and helped me with the car and understanding where I was wrong!!! Amazing company with amazing workers definitely my number one choice in any towing matter !!!
After jumping through hoops with the City of Wilmington for 4 days to obtain my vehicle after it had been booted and towed, City Towing Services made getting my vehicle back such an easy and fast process. Jeanette was so lovely to deal with and truly a breath of fresh air! So grateful to Jeanette and City Towing Services for making what was a long and tiring four days end on a good note.
City Towing is extremely awesome Five star rated I hope they're taking real good care of my S550 PS as soon as it's released from jail I'll need you to tow it to my house 😎 👍
Company installed plastic/wrap on on a broken glass passager door, And they charge a $100, but I think that's highway robbery does not make any sense. We'll report this to 311. I think it's unfair.they take advantage of people. And the fee to tow was $110
Prompt, excellent service from experienced staff. Great company to call when you're in need. Hopefully I don't have to use them again 😆😉
