Dismantled the car and supervised me removing my personal items refused to give me my own license plate screws? They totaled my vehicle for a dented fender and a bumper skin. Oh and they told me I could go clean out the car but said they didn’t know where it was, but came directly to it to when they wanted to check on me. They also spent more time highlighting pre exisiting damage to my vehicle on panels no where near the crash. High attention to detail on stuff they don’t plan to fix. Low attention to detail on what they’re “planning” to fix. I also asked 4 different folks in 4 different calls, for my aftermarket parts to be removed and returned to me. Had a great experience with them, my car got hit at my apartment building & I was able to get in the next day to get my car fixed. They called enterprise for me so I had a car waiting there for me. They updated me frequently on the status of my car & everyone was super nice & helpful. My car looked as good as new when they finished.

We had previously brought our car in for repairs and we had a great experience so once we got into an accident, it seemed that going back to C&L would be a great choice. However, there were significant delays and issues from start to finish. First, there was a delay of three additional days from the initially set pick up date to complete repairs (new driver's side mirror and side panel), which was acceptable as we wanted to make sure everything was fixed. However, similar to other reviews, we picked the car up with more issues. We noticed that the technician was not able to open the drivers side door from the outside when unlocked with the key remote. While it wasn’t an ideal situation having to bring my truck to this body shop, the experience with the staff was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite how demanding and stressful this line of work can be. They maintained a very customer-focused and positive attitude throughout. The guys in the shop were especially great. As I was clearing out my belongings from my truck (which was unfortunately totaled), they checked in on me several times and even helped remove items without me having to ask. I also had a few conversations with them about their jobs, and it was clear they enjoy what they do.
