Polestar Short Hills

When I first started car hunting, I was looking for an EV, but I was skeptical since it was all new for me. I conducted further research and stumbled upon the Polestar 2. I really liked the car, and I wanted not only a good car but also a reputable dealership. I will tell my experience in two parts. (First Visit) The dealership was very responsive, and a nice salesman, Vincent D'Accardi, messaged me with several options. I came with a friend, and we were greeted by Vincent, who was very relaxed and didn’t push incentives or sell a car. The test drive went great, and I told Vincent about a specific car coming onto the lot. (Second Visit/Deal) Vincent actually saved that car for me, and he did a wonderful job getting me new tires and getting the car ready for me. The sale went as expected,

I’ve worked with Jake, Walter, Luis Cordero and all of them were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout everything. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features clearly, and made sure I felt confident with my decision. There was zero pressure — just great customer service. Recently purchased a car and overall it was a very positive experience. From the front desk to the other sales associates ,everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Luis was especially outstanding!! Dealership has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The only area with room for improvement would be the parts department counter.The person I interacted with was not friendly, which stood out . And the only reason why I’m giving it a 4star ! (Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating)
