Pulled in, followed signs, disobeyed signs, was redirected appropriately/kindly, and a pulled in for an oil change on my 2016 Mercedes e350. Takes 6.9 qts, quoted under $150 - cost: See Will for exceptional treatment and service. In and out in 20 minutes!!! Wow!!!

We went there for an oil change last week. They didn’t screw one portion of the splash cover. The end part ended up breaking off while driving. Of course they denied all this bc god forbid someone admit that they could forget a screw. They told us “screws fall out all the time.” Yeah, ok. My car is a 2021 Rav4 Prime and is in great condition. And the only time we’ve accessed that part of the car was when we went to get the oil change here. If you want your oil change done fast, then go here. Definitely a time saver, but for a reason. They don’t pay attention to the detail. Come here if you don’t care about your car.

Based on other reviews, they seem to have a real issue with oil caps. Which is odd, because ya know? It’s an oil change place. They dropped and lost my oil cap making it take them 4x longer than it should have while they tried to find it. I was the only car there. I wouldn’t be so bummed if they had offered me a discount or something for the wait. Nice enough guys working there. But I won’t be back.

1 star. Went on a Sunday with NO cars.. into bay 3. Asked if I could do a tire rotation, told no because it’s busy. 0 cars in the lot. One pulls up and the guy goes “see there’s only 2 of us.” I even asked if I could help do it, guy turned down $130 or whatever the total would be out of pure laziness. I will now never return to that location and encourage whoever is reading this to avoid.

While oil change was completed quickly, it should be noted. The only service from what is in price was adding windshield washer fluid. No air filter check, no tire pressure check and so on.
