Mavis Discount Tire

I came here and said that I needed to find the damage to my wheel, but they told me that my wheels already needed to be replaced. I don't need your opinion on whether I need to replace them or not. I need to find the damage and remove it! A specialist in their field will find and remove the damage, the person will pay the money and drive away, a satisfied customer. I don't know how your company works at all when you have such incompetent people.

I had such a great experience at Mavis in East Hanover. Mark and Eddie especially. Great service and not a long wait. Fair pricing too. Very professional and accommodating. Also, and most importantly, they show a high level of integrity in all that they do. Which is priceless.

I had such a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire thanks to Mark and Johnny. Johnny took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my brakes and tires, broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, and really worked with me to accommodate what I needed, which I truly appreciated. Mark was equally amazing, super sweet, kind, and kept up great conversation while my car was being worked on, which honestly made the whole experience so much more comfortable and pleasant.This is my second time coming to this location, and both times I’ve left completely satisfied. There was also no long wait time at all, which is a huge plus. They truly made the experience so much better than expected. Highly recommend this location and especially Mark and Johnny. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Discount Tire in East Hanover, NJ. The service was fast, professional, and honestly better than expected. Steve at the service desk was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what was needed and what wasn’t. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were also very prompt at diagnosing and repairing a leaky tire on my Honda Civic, which I really appreciated. The team worked efficiently and had me back on the road quickly. It’s refreshing to find a place that values customer service and treats you with respect. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone.
