My experience with CNL Auto Body was one of the most frustrating and disheartening customer service experiences I have ever had. I brought my car in expecting a straightforward repair process, but instead, it turned into a drawn-out ordeal that caused me stress, inconvenience, and genuine disbelief at how poorly everything was handled. From the moment my car was dropped off, communication was practically nonexistent. Days turned into weeks with no updates, no phone calls, and no explanation for why the repair was taking so long. Millburn Police contacted them for me last midnight for a flat tire change. 2 hours later they showed up and could not jack the sedan up, borrowed my jack and could not unscrew the wheel nuts. Then suggested tow was the only option and billed me $198 after opening with a price of $260 or so. It’s a scam. They want to tie and make money. Stay clear

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Had a vehicle towed after an accident recently, and the driver was not very professional. He didnt tell me where it would be taken or how to get it back, just said to Google C and L and take a picture of the truck for the name and I would find it. I did, called 3 different offices near the crash site before I located my vehicle. When I finally found one that said that it was there, I went to go pick it up and when I got there in person, they said "I never said it was at this location, and the driver didnt either." So now I have to wait and an extra day because I was lied to about the location my vehicle was at. Chris at the office was extremely condescending and quite rude.

The drivers you have are reckless. Weaving in and out of traffic, flying around, on people's ass. Is the object the cause more accidents so you can tow more vehciles?

I wouldn't trust this place to tell me the sky was blue, let alone take care of my vehicle. My car got damaged by their tow truck, then it takes a month and a half for them to fix the damage they caused! No communication or transparency, I had to chase after them every step of the way. Avoid this place if you value your car, time, money, and stomach lining.
