Clack Automotive Repair

I always take our vehicles here and he is always fair pricing, tells me exactly what I need, and fixes them within a reasonable time period.

I've been here twice now in the space of a few years, and both times the service was prompt and honest. As a single blue collar woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic that doesn't try to cheat you or do substandard work so you have to come back...but John was fantastic! He listened well to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and provided a reasonable quote and reasons for the work he recommended. Best of all, I have my baby back and performing excellently!!

John at Clack automotive was friendly, and responsive to phone calls and updates. However, not interested in dealing with your insurance company for a car accident.

Condescending and a liar. Tried to bait and switch me because I'm a woman from out of town. Big O took care of my problem without the pretentiousness

I had my van in for an A/C diagnostic and to have a look at a coolant leak. They were able to determine the problem with the A/C and though I couldn't afford to fix that issue, they were able to diagnose the problem. That alone was more than 2 other shops had been able to do. They were also able to track down the source of the coolant leak (a bent mounting bracket punctured my radiator) and had the replacement parts ordered and installed in less than 48 hours. Absolutely fantastic albeit a bit pricey. You get what you pay for with car repairs and I highly recommend their professional shop and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable and willing to answer questions for me as well.
