Clark's Professional Car Care - D'Iberville

I was looking for a place to bring my car as I'm new to Biloxi and a single woman. Google lead me straight to Clark's automotive and by seeing all ofvthe awards and great reviews , there was then no doubt where I should tow my car. They were extremely fast, very courteous, they even got my car fax for me and read it off to me. All without asking . They tried beyond their expectations to lower the total cost and called me back again with an even lower total. I hv never had such a great team work on my car and without a doubt will forever go back and I suggest any readers to do so also. TEAM CLARKS!!!

They were so sweet. I showed up bright and early. Maelee was so welcoming and full of life. I was nervous about my car and noise it was making. They took my vehicle in and got me a Uber to work. I spoke with Richard a few hours later about repairs. He broke down each item for me and even went as far as explaining what was deemed urgent repairs to things I can hold off on if needed to. He called back informing my car wouldn't be ready until the following day. Richard set up a Uber to pick me up from work that day and Uber to work the following day. I felt so informed and comfortable. They eased my mind and kept me informed. I would highly recommend this place of establishment to anyone. Thank you guys for your hard work. I will be back. We were on a road trip from Houston to Pensacola when our car started having issues, and Clark’s Car Care was an absolute lifesaver! They took us in right away, diagnosed the problem, and had it completely fixed within an hour. The front desk lady was incredibly kind, and the mechanic was just as friendly and professional. Never had an experience like this before, truly above and beyond. Outstanding service and genuine people. Highly recommend!

The team at Clark's was amazing. When my breaks went out we were still shaken up the took care of everything. Their work was fast and professional. They put me at ease from the moment we first spoke to the last. After picking up my car I had to take a 9hr trip to get home and I felt completely safe.

I’m in Oklahoma and I hired this shop to do a pre-purchase inspection on a highly modified Mustang I was looking at. The car looked great in the photos, but their inspection was thorough and flagged several concerns I never would have caught remotely. They sent a detailed report with pictures and also took the time to call and walk me through the findings. I needed some guidance and they gave me candid advice about how they’d think about the car in my shoes. Based on their inspection and advice I decided to pass on the car. The inspection easily paid for itself. Money well spent.
