NAPA Auto Parts - Massett Supply

I never shop NAPA Auto Parts. I will now shop NAPA for all my auto parts. Let me explain my experience today 18 Dec 2025. I went to Autozone and Advance Auto. I was looking for a tailgate taillight socket for a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. Autozone and Adavnce Auto did not have the socket in stock or tried to see if they could order the socket. I decided to try the NAPA store in Diberville MS. There was a lady at the counter who immediately offered to help me. At first she wasn't able to find the correct bulb socket. Another gentleman stepped to help and both tried cross referencing part numbers etc.. The gentleman said try a Dodge Ram 1500 and wouldn't you know it the part was a match!! I was looking for a bulb socket for a 2013 Lincoln Navigator not for a Dodge Ram. Both of the employees help

In this day and age, shopping online rarely requires human contact. However, when it is necessary, 8 out of 10 times, the experience isn't very pleasant. This is definitely a 2, out of the 10. The online site for NAPA is very restrictive in attempting to match up your vehicle with the parts, and confirm correct fitment. The site was definitely frustrating, and I would only recommend it for the online discount codes. Calling the store was unavoidable. Surprisingly, I called three times and got the same individual each time. I can say that Mr. Cody K. was exceptional in every way. Confirming fitment, part numbers, availability, and more. The patience he has, along with his positive attitude is commendable in it's own right. Upon product pick-up, the staff were very courteous, knowledgeable,

Drove to napa this evening not knowing i would have the best retail experience of my life! Met Dillon at the counter we needed one of those weird hydraulic hoses you know the kind you need when everything is about to close on the weekend. Not only did Dillon figure out how to make it he made a beautiful piece of hydraulic art that Elon Musk would be proud of, he was so nice I thought he might even come out to the shop and give us a hand putting it back on, go Dillon!!!!!!! The owner should give him the store! If he's not already employee of the month someone should fix that immediately!

My husband bought fuel pump n it was good service especially Tim cox. He was a great help told my husband what needed and told him what to do to get it in! MR. Tim cox was amazing! We definitely recommend him for y’all your needs!
