PTW of D'Iberville

Just recently started to go here for my vehicle repairs after having sketchy service at other places in the area. So far so good. Super nice and treat u like family. Helped me out a lot with parts and labor. Very happy with the service. Hope to make it a lasting relationship!

They are so busy they said my car couldn’t be fixed by them cause they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and said I needed to go to a dealership. They just didn’t have the time to help me. I would’ve spent $209 an hour at the dealership if I hadn’t have got a second opinion. Thank god I did. Another shop fixed my car for $200 and in less than a few hours. Won’t be back at PTW… they bite off more than they can chew.

This place was great. Christina, at the front counter was very personable, very pleasant to deal with. The guys in the shop were friendly, they took extra care off my truck. All around, I could say it was a very good experience.And I would definitely recommend them to others!

Went to 3 tire shops that turned me away due to having low profile tires. Those 3 shops that turned me away also wanted to charge me between 75-125 to mount 4 tires if they even attempted it. I came to ptw and the knowledge just immediately stood out. I told them what the other tire shops said about how hard it would be to mount my tires, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The knowledgeable tire guys here mounted all 4 tires in minutes and were very friendly and customer oriented. Not to mention it was $26 to mount 4 tires on rims. Woah what a deal. I will not go to any other tire shops again. I'll gladly drive the 35 minutes to go to this shop every time. They didn't scratch my brand new rims and they did it super fast. Give them a chance. Truly a great group of people.

Everyone did a great job helping me get the wheel and tire combo I wanted. Fast service and great customer service. Christina went above and beyond to accommodate. Extremely satisfied!
