Dunaway Glass

EDIT: I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars after speaking with the shop. I was informed that the rearview mirror button is pre-installed on the glass they receive, and they offered to reimburse me for the adhesive kit I purchased. I didn’t keep the receipt, so I won’t be pursuing that, especially since it was only $10. The increase in stars reflects their willingness to follow up and offer a resolution. That said, I had clearly stated in my initial email that text or email was the best way to reach me, yet I received multiple phone calls. Even if a phone conversation was preffered, acknowledging my communication preference with a quick text or email would have gone a long way. Because of these communication issues and the lack of attention to detail, I personally wouldn’t return, but

Tried multiple times to set up an appointment to get my windshield fixed, which was unsuccessful. The guy on the phone asked me to repeat myself and then said something was wrong. He asked me to text my VIN number after I did that. I never heard back regarding getting my windshield fixed. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Amazing customer service. Worked super fast, great communication, and great guidance. Made a stressful situation for me super easy and convenient. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend 10/10. Thankful for them!

This review will be about the home Windows not the auto. If you have a bunch of Windows that have gone bad on you and you think you need to replace the whole windows and have been putting it off because it's very expensive, you should call Dunaway and get an estimate to replace just the glass. It is an amazing upgrade to your house at a fraction of the price. The installers at Dunaway are fantastic and very professional.

These guys are amazing. They tell you everything you need to know and do before, during and after your visit. Very friendly staff.
