Classic Car Wash & Lube

I’ve been using this car wash for the better Part of 20 years. I cannot believe the decline in the service in the last year. It’s a bunch of kids Who just hang out and don’t really care about the service that they’re giving. At one point, I went in the last few months when the manager was not there and it was just the kids, and cars were backed up and parked out in the front parking lot waiting to be completed. It was total chaos. The other day I went and I was trying to tell One of the young men what kind of service I wanted, and I thought that he was responding to me and instead he was talking in another language to somebody on his phone. I feel bad doing this, mostly because I was a big fan of this place a few years ago. I use to recommend it to friends and family, the previous owner use to give me a free wash here and there, I used it so much. BUT now, it’s a hot mess, the place is dirty, like no one knows how to clean at an establishment where cleaning is their business??? There’s trash everywhere, the seats are stained, if you look at the picture, kinda looks like someone had an “accident” on them. Saw them working on a serious detail and the guy spent more time walking around the car than actually detailing it. Only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is they actually did a decent job on my SUV. Oh and they close at 5pm, last time I checked people work and they are destroying business opportunities.

My husband and I took both our cars to Classic Car Wash for detailing recently and were thrilled with the service. My husband keeps his car pretty clean, but mine is always a mess (kids, dogs, etc). I don't think the inside of my car has ever been cleaned so it was very dusty, sandy, hairy, and dingy. After detailing, my car looks brand new. I didn't know it was possible for my car to look so clean - it's honestly nicer than when I bought it. Every time I drive it now, I am blown away all over again by how incredibly clean and shiny every inch of my car is, inside and out. And, it smells fantastic! The only problem is, I don't want to let the kids or dogs into my car ever again.

Decided to give Classic Car Wash a try despite several less than stellar reviews. I had washed our cars there on several occasions in the past and the service was fair if not a little pricey than a few other locations i have used, but for what they charge for a FULL DETAILING of a FULL SIZE car, i was will to give them a try. In short they did do a wonderful job both inside and out our 2016 Fusion had NOT seen much love this past year or so and was VERY DIRTY inside and out. The crew did a fine job and the car is now looking like new. If i was to be critical about the service, it would be that: A: there is a slight LANGUAGE barrier with many of the staff which made it a little bit difficult to communicate, both in person, and on the phone, which led to minor confusion. Terrible experience here. Paid for a $30 Gold package, which was to include cleaning exterior, interior and wheels. Car washed by machine and dried by blowers. They didn't clean inside at all, until I brought it to the attention of the guy who seemed to be in charge. In less than 3 minutes, they did a quick vacuum of parts of the interior, sprayed some slippery stuff on my brake pedals and smudged the inside of my windshield with a dirty rag. Rear of car was not vacuumed and wheels were not cleaned. I can't recommend this place.
