I visited Madison Chrysler Jeep and General Sales Manager Mike Ramcke because of a friend referral. I could not have been happier with my experience there. Mike was willing to negotiate on the price (most other sellers that I dealt with were not budging on the price) and didn't hit me with any surprises. We negotiated over the phone and internet and he stuck to his word right to the penny! He was very friendly and even came in on his day off to accommodate me picking up my Cherokee Altitude X, which I love!
