Thanks to the new ownership at Madison Auto Body, this review flipped from one to 5 stars. I was unaware when I left my vehicle there in May 2025 for a non complicated insurance repair that the previous owner, who did good work but lacked customer service skills, had one foot out the door. After 3+ months of being given the runaround, and actually being told "I'm taking advantage of your good nature", I met the new owner and within a week, he cracked the whip, put a priority on my vehicle, and treated me like a values customer. My vehicle looks fantastic, and my confidence in Madison Auto Body under new leadership has skyrocketed. Give them your business and you will not be disappointed.
