Phillip was excellent and took care of us! We had our 2019 RC 300 Lexus bumper repaired. We picked up our car on 1/2/26. He truly cares about the customers and the quality of his work! He communicated to us throughout the process and ensured we were pleased with the work before leaving. He provided prompt service with a realistic time frame. Phillip is personable and treats you feel like family! If I could give him 20000 stars I would! The staff here is also great!

Our car was involved in an accident, it was tow there to be fixed, my husband and I went to Classic Collision to sign some paperwork. Their service was good, everything went smoothly.

They were pretty busy on Christmas Eve-Eve and still worked me in, giving me a fair quote and assessment. They'd be happy to do the work, but aren't certified for my brand. So, if I use insurance, the insurance company won't let them do the work without hassle. Pricing matched what I expected. Good customer service.

I’ve had multiple car repairs at this location and have never had a problem. They are always so friendly, keep me in the loop on how things are going with my vehicle and typically able to knock out the repair earlier than expected.

We’ve had our vehicles repaired with Classic Collision three times over the last 7 years. They always do a great job, are very easy to work with, and they keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle. The Main Street location is very close to Enterprise so arranging a rental was super easy too.
