The front office receptionist was very nice. That's pretty much where the experience goes south. After two trips in person to the business, and three phone calls to check on status, now two weeks on, I have not received the quote I asked for from the business. I was trying to keep my money here in Shallotte, and I realize that a couple of thousand dollars in body and paint work is not a business maker or breaker, but if you know you can't handle the business volume, then tell people that call and visit that you aren't taking any new customers. To me, that is much more professional and appropriate then promising return phone calls that you never make. The first quote I received from another shop wanted to replace to door, but classic colors did a great job without replacing it. Awesome detailing job as well, and was done in less than two weeks. Kayla and Morgan were also great explaining what needed to be done.

AMAZING work! On time and everything was done as promised. Very professional and awesome customer service. Will not be taking my car anywhere else for any body or paint work! Went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning and defogging my other headlight to match the new one! Also big shout to the front desk receptionist for keeping me updated and in the loop on everything.

I had a big dent in my rear hatch where a gun safe fell into it almost cut through the metal these guys fixed it and did an amazing job the paint work is flawless highly recommend these guys from classic car resurations to insurance work

Owner went above & beyond to accomodate me for the estimate. All work completed quickly and car looks like new. Very impressed!! I would highly recommend and staff is courteous and helpful.
