Completely unprofessional experience. I was promised my car would be finished by 1:30 PM. I returned at 2:30 PM and was then told it would take another three hours. Meanwhile, my car was left sitting with no one working on it, while they moved on to other customers' vehicles. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time. After realizing my car had been ignored, I told them to put the old part back and that I did not want to continue any work with them. Wasting hours of a customer's day and then changing the timeline by several hours is unacceptable. If you value honesty and basic professionalism, avoid this place. I will not be returning.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! I took my 2005 Tacoma in for a quick oil change and they really looked out for me. They popped the hood and pointed out a few issues I hadn't noticed yet. I was able to take it to a mechanic, get it fixed, and bring it right back to them because they knew exactly what was going on. ​Even though they stay super busy (it seems like the whole town is always there!), they are still fast, efficient, and honest. If you need an oil change, this is definitely the spot

Came in around 430. Not super busy. They were knowledgeable and NOT pushy. Explained all details as they went along as well as answered all my questions. Grant, Dustin and Matt gave me the hook up on my car. I appreciate the attention they gave. Had good customer service.

Always very friendly. This is the only place I come to to have my oil changed. I have been coming here for years and the service has always been exceptional. It seemed very knowledgeable with manufacturer recommendations. They also have good prices. Thank you for all your help. See you in 3000 miles.
