I had a front bumper on my Sienna van that was 10 yrs old that the support brackets cracked on from drying out. I had Richard give me an estimate to repair the bumper. He did fine on the painting and the bumper replacement, but did not replace the 2 support brackets. This still caused the bumper not to connect to the upper quarter panels. I returned for the support brackets on Aug 13. I had him replace the 2 support brackets, but the new bumper still pushed out about an inch on each side. I paid for both of these repairs. At this point, all of the material and labor was done that could be done, however, my bumper still would not stay tied into the upper quarter panels.
