Classy Chassis Car Wash

*Update It's not very often that places get a second chance and lose a star after their attempt to "make it better" but classic chassy has succeeded! Technically the car is cleaner but they put my rubber mats in over WET carpet. Not damp. Wet. During Washington's rainy season and I live in an apartment so it's not like it's easy to just run a cord with a fan out to the car to dry it out. I've added a couple pictures to the lineup, I just wished they showed how damp the carpets actually were, definitely shows how dirty they still were. It was also left with an overwhelming chemical cleaner smell that felt horrible to breath when I had to drive it home and couldn't have the windows down far due to the rain (I'm also pregnant which probably made the smell even harder to deal with). *origina

I had a great experience at Classy Chassis in Lakewood. The service was fast, professional, and thorough. They vacuumed my car, cleaned it up really well, and paid attention to the details. You can tell they care about the quality of their work. Staff was friendly and efficient — no hassle, no wasted time. I’m so impressed! My soft top convertible looks brand new again after their detailing. It sat outside all winter, and they truly brought it back to life and restored it. The lobby is nice and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, close to downtown Lakewood and the Steilacoom area. Great experience overall!

I have a regular wash package with Classy Chassis. I have for many years now & have been very happy with it. I’ve always loved their customer service at the Lakewood location! But today I brought in my husband’s car for a detail. I wanted to surprise him. He recently lost a loved one & I wanted to do something to cheer him up. And Jonathan Sanchez & Sam detailed his car & went above and beyond! His car looks and smells amazing! I want to thank both of them for doing such an excellent job! It meant a lot.
