Clayton’s Car Care is hands down the best shop I’ve taken my truck to. From the first call they were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on with my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how professional and honest they were throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was fast, the pricing was very reasonable, and there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling like you sometimes see at other places. I had a very unpleasant experience here. They were very confrontational about an issue they caused during the inspection. They were incredulous when I suggested it was caused by them. They did offer to look at the issue but felt it necessary to tell me they would have to charge me if the issue was not caused by them. I decided not to gamble, and check it out myself. They simply unplugged a connector during the inspection and did not reconnect it. I expect that my vehicle be returned in the same condition I dropped it off in. I believe that is reasonable. I remained polite and was surprised by the adversarial response I got from them. For such a minor issue, there was no reason this needed to be handled this way.

As a female, I have had many experiences of car repair places try to take advantage of my gender, places trying to fix things that didn't need repairing, and adding unnecessary items to my bill. I am very aware of my car maintenance and repair needs. Clayton's is not one of those places. They treated me with respect. Although I was offended initially when they asked me, "what issues makes you think that you need "this or that," I realized later that they do so so that customers that are wrongfully told what their vehicle needs, are not wasting time omand money on something that they had been misinformed about. Hence, they are honest and has never failed me or my family members in doing a great job without padding the bill!

Went to get my car inspected and needed an oil change. Clayton's is the best place to go and I know my vehicle is well taken care of. They are my go to place to get my vehicle serviced. Much better prices than the dealer.

Dropped off my supercharged Tacoma on Monday for a non starting issue after a supercharger rebuild. They had my truck running the next day. They refunded part of my deposit. AWESOME service. Great people. Will 100% return.
