Never thought I would have such a friendly enjoyable experience with getting my car towed. I was in a car accident where my car needed towed, the police officer called Clayton’s and they arrived with-in 5 minutes and gave me a business card. They worked quickly with my insurance to get it to the collision center. Since my car has a lot of built in technology the crash malfunctioned the locking mechanism, which we could not unlock from my phone and the keys were in the car. I was traveling for work that week so Courtney astonishingly drove all the way from Durham to Wake Forest to pick up my spare key to make sure it gets to the collision center promptly. I really appreciate their kindness during such a stressful time, they definitely made my life much easier with all of their help.

Bob made the towing process as smooth as possible and was super friendly — absolutely exceptional service. His cute dogs didn’t hurt either. Reasonably priced and would definitely come back for other services.
