Clean Express Auto Wash

Second time visiting this location where the salesman was extremely rude and condescending. First time I was in a rental car and explained that to the gentleman who insisted I get a membership, very pushy. Today when I pulled up there was no one in the booth so I backed up and went to the automated kiosk. Someone finally ran over and yelled at me that it was for members only and would not accept my gift card. I think he was really only frustrated because their single wash prices increased by a ton and they were not reflected on the screen. I ended up paying with a credit card just to get the guy away from me, and the wash barely touched my car. See photos. I’m a little disappointed because I’ve been coming here for quite a while and my car always seemed to get clean. Lately I’ve noticed that it’s not getting as clean as I would like it too. I signed up because there’s some great people that work here and I love seeing them every week. They always treat my dog awesome. Maybe I just need to spray it off first before I come and get it washed ..we’ll give it another try.

First time there... my car was washed to perfection. However, the dryers blew my front grill off of my 2013 Yukon 🤯 Aside from that everything with wash was great. I credit your employee Tristan for not only great customer service, but keeping my grill until i returned the next week to ask what happened and had already purchased a new replacement grill. He apologized for the inconvenience & made sure the old one was there and promptly returned it to me. From that point forward nothing negative has happend and ive been there multiple times weekly. Everyone is friendly, the air fresheners, the dash wipes, the lollipops for my kids. It is not just a good car wash, but a good experience overall. My wife got her car washed here last week. She just wanted to get a one time wash. The salesman in the booth kept pushing her to upgrade her wash and become a member with a special they were running for the day. My wife kept declining the deal and the salesman became annoyed and only pushed harder for her to take the deal. With him relentlessly pushing customers to buy this membership deal, he created long lines and delayed customers from getting their car washed in a timely manner. The car wash cleaned the care well, but the pushy salesman ruined the experience. They also charge for towels to dry your car off. It's a one time charge, but seems unnecessary. Needless to say we will be going to one of the many other car wash options around Avon.

I recently visited Clean Express Auto Wash for the first time and had a generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which is always a great start. The car wash itself did a good job overall, and the provided vacuums were powerful and effective. However, I did notice some remaining marks and dirt spots on my car after the wash, which I had to clean myself. While this was a bit disappointing, it didn't overshadow the overall convenience and efficiency of the service. Despite the minor cleaning issue, I would consider using Clean Express Auto Wash again.
