Clean Express Auto Wash

2/9/2026 2:30 pm. Pulled up to get a basic wash. Attendant tried to upsell from the basic wash. Told him I would stick with the basic wash. Once again he was explaining everything I would not get with basic and asked if Im still going with the cheap wash and I stated yes. Next Attendant proceeded to ask if I knew about the membership. I said I did and wasn’t interested. I guess my answer wasn’t good enough because he then proceeded to want to know why I wasn’t interested in the membership. I was more than irritated with the 20 questions at this point and said can I just get the single basic car wash. The attendant said no you can’t and told me to go ahead and back out. I politely said upfront that I wouldn't be interested, but thanked them anyway. The man asked again, and I, again, politely declined. At that point, his tone got indignant and slightly elevated and asked "you don't even want to hear about it? It takes 20 seconds." At this point I became uncomfortable and since I was literally unable to leave (being locked in between a car and the gate), I relented, but made it clear I was still not interested. He proceeded to push the membership hard. He went so far as to use a "time is running out" tactic, as if that would suddenly get my interest after 3 clear "No thank yous". So I really don’t appreciate this place at all. #1. I came last month ONLY for the “free car wash” they had going on which I’m thinking was just a lie to up-sale other deals. The man wouldn’t even let me get it he just kept telling me about other plans till I finally gave in because the highest car wash was originally like $42 and it was on sale for $20 for monthly I didn’t think that was bad. #2. Everytime and I mean EVERYTIME I would get a car wash I would look at my car afterwards and my car was not clean at all. It would look like it hasn’t been clean once so ever, during my plan I tried to call to complain about this but I could never get in touch with an anyone and gave up. But I’m just like what is the point in getting a plan FOR A CAR WASH and your car ISNT WASHED?! I even at one p

I had a great experience at Clean Express Auto Wash today. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my car came out looking fresh and well-detailed. The facility is clean and well-organized, which I truly appreciate. There’s just a little room for improvement in the drying/detailing at the end, but overall they do a very good job. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality car wash.

Went to this wash and it was a good price for having unlimited washes especially in this winter having to wash so often. Katrina the general manager wash very helpful getting me set up, and has a great smile. That’s the kind of people I like to see running a store.
