Clean Queen Car Wash

Due to my stupidity, I used my debit card for the automatic car wash and thought it did not register. So, I used cash. After my wash, I saw there was a charge pending for the wash. I called the company and to my surprise, the owner answered. He was extremely nice and concerned with my mishap. He went over and beyond to fix the issue. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

Recently had a complete refurbishing/remodeling that vastly improved the facility in 2023/2024. The manual bays have vehicle air dryers in them. The automatic wash is improved but lacks some innovations commonly found in other washes. The water pressure in the automatic wash is of less than optimum quality. It leaves a lite film, not getting the vehicle surface really clean. The manual bays are much better than the automatic wash. Lastly the "tire/engine" cleaner is weak. Does NOT cut the crud/dirt on rim/wheels and is mainly responsible for the 3-star rating.

Update: the blue soap issue has been taken care of. The quality of the products is good but the foam has far too much blue dye. I understand you may be limited in what you can use but you can at least mount the brush holder so it doesn’t get covered in the blue foam. Thanks

Machine would not take cash attendant was overbearing pushy and unprofessional.

It's not a hand washing for sure, the vacuum's are great and usually you can find window cleaner,I like the mat washer pretty good
