I purchased a Range Rover Sport HSE from the Clement Supercenter from salesman Bruce under their advertised "Clement Assurance," only to find the promise of "peace of mind" is a SCAM. This entire experience has been the opposite of peaceful and a violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (RSMo § 407.010). Within three days and less than 150 miles from the time of purchase, an independent inspection at Plaza Land Rover confirmed a timing cover oil leak and a bill for over $1,700! Despite their manager Scott initially promising to fix it and waive my deductible, the entire process since has been a masterclass in deception and incompetence!
