Cleveland Car Wash

Warning They do not tell you how much it's going to cost you when you use a debit card. 10 bucks is the minimum. I could have got gas at the gas station and paid half that much. It's a scam 100%. I used to come here for the simple fact I could take three or four dollars spray off my car real quick. But did you know for $10 you get 9 minutes. I think I'm going to file a dispute since I took photos that there's no warning of how much time you get or what you'll be charged.

Cleveland car Wash is an excellent self-wash facility located on Cleveland Avenue just south of Hilltop Road in St Joseph. I found it very easy to use and was especially glad to find out that it accepts credit / debit cards in addition to cash. What I especially liked was the fact that I could take my company's extended-height van into a stall that had a higher than normal ceiling.

A hidden gem of a car wash. It is small and down the road from the "big boys" but is mighty. It has 5 car wash levels and they do a great job. Part of the washes operated by the Shell gas station on Red Arrow in Stevensville and very well maintained.

Dustin jumped to conclusions. The credit card reader authorizes for $10 then when the charge processes you pay for the actual time used. Usually $4-$6 for me, and I’m doing a big truck.

The car wash itself is okay. However, the change machine on the left gives you dollar coins and not quarters ($5 = three 1-dollar coins & eight quarters). The dollar coin used in the carwash itself is only worth a quarter. So why are dollar coins being placed in the change machine instead of actual quarters if they are being recognized only as quarters? The value of the coin should not differ from one machine to another and I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Needless to say I do not plan on returning to this carwash.
