Fantastic service. Conscientious in letting me know that a delivery didn’t come in due to snow storm, and we conveniently rescheduled windshield installation. All I paid was my $100 insurance deductible. Excellent place to deal with and the communication was excellent. Very friendly office scheduler. Thank you.

They were great and got right on my car when i dropped it off a few hours ahead of my appointment. No leaks in the windshield either after they replaced it. Done right one the first time. Will recommend them to anyone

I’m a repeat customer because this business is convenient, accommodating and effective. I took my car in last week for a new stone chip to my windshield. They checked it out and offered to do it on the spot because they had a cancellation. They had already called someone else due to the cancellation but were able to squeeze my repair in. I’m really grateful to these guys!

Tommy at Glass Doctor is amazing! He is very professional and appears to be an expert with windows. He replaced two swing-out windows and a large stationary window. The manufacturer couldn’t or wouldn’t make a new stationary window. They wanted me to purchase the entire unit which consisted of three windows. Tommy gave this problem a lot of thought and informed me of all potential problems because the window wasn’t designed to be removed. Well, he successfully completed the replacement beautifully. Without hesitation I highly recommend Glass Doctor. And, even though I would love to see Tommy again I hope that I don’t have to. I am so glad that I found him. Sincerely, M. Eileen D.

Our 3rd …maybe 4th visit to this location. Norine knows the ropes…gets the basic info, places call to our insurance, helps guide us through the claims rep’s questions. Never had a problem, we get immediate approval to proceed with repairs. Glass ordered ..takes a day or two, drop the car off, new windshield in an hour or less. Customer service 5 stars!!
