Tsunami Express Car Wash

Great price, it’s pretty fast, I usually don’t wait more than 5 minutes to get my car cleaned.

Pretty sure we won’t be doing a monthly subscription in the future. The wash didn’t remove any of the large bug splatter on the front of the vehicle, nor did it clean the rear of the vehicle. $22/month is steep when I’m going to have to wash the vehicle by hand anyway. It would be 1 star, but there was no waiting and the service people were ok.

This used to be a great car wash. Maintenance is not being kept up except for the new vacuum cleaner system. Does a poor job cleaning my running boards, and not very good on the tailgate of my truck. But even it is poorly designed, extremely tight for pickup trucks. The tire wash machine hasn't worked in a long time. There are no clean drying towels most of the time. And no window and interior cleaning supplies. I'm looking forward to the new one coming in Benton Harbor.

Its ok ish... They no longer pre wash the car, get the bugs off the front, scrub the back end that doesn't get touched by the auto wash. Use to be so much better. Odd thing is they still have a tip jar...for what??? Outside that its the only car wash in this area so its ok considering I'd have to drive further out for a car wash.

Be careful of deceptive billing and membership practices used by Tsunami. Keep a close eye on your credit card statements. Wash quality is definitely not what it used to be either. There is a much better option not far away
