Self service bay 1. I know you get what you pay for, but I would at least expect equipment that is up to par/safe for use. I used the available on site brush - it was basically like using 320 grit sandpaper. The scratches aligned perfectly with my brush movement and we're not pre-existing. Not cool. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This used to be my go to carwash and it has gone downhill. 2 of 3 last car washes on the manual side, I have presoaked it a lot and it barely got the job done. The vehicle wasn't really dirty to start with. The soaker was not consistent at all either. I literally had to do it again at the house.

Update: full refund received Update: the owner called me after getting more than one complaint about the lack of soap being dispensed and just initiated a full refund and is looking to see if there is a kinked hose or something causing there to be no soap dispensed. He was very polite and I am impressed with his customer service and follow through. I utilized their self service wash today and I have to say it was the worst car "wash" I've ever experienced. The soap setting had no actual soap coming out of the wand. I thought for sure it must have been the rinse setting since there was no soap. I paid $11.00 for my car to be rinsed off. Save your money and don't go to this car wash.

I stopped in for a quick manual wash. I don't think it took more than 5 or 6 minutes for me to soap and rinse my little car. I am certain I pressed the "Stop" button when complete. I was charged $20.00 which is more than even the automatic drive-thru car wash charges. I called the business to inquire why so much and the owner did not return my call. Just keep an eye put if you use your bank card.
