These people are my goto for Grove City U-Haul rentals. They are friendly, helpful and organized. This time I needed help figuring out where I could park my car while I did a 6 hour rental. They helped with that and then did the rental start. I returned later after 5pm and did the iphone app return and dropped the key off in the lockbox. UHaul trucks have gotten better too. I was suprised that gas gauge barely showed below "Full" and yet it filled up with 5 gallons. I never thought to ask how big the tank was.

Went to them for a uhaul rental. The trailer was ready to go when we got there. However when we hooked it up our wiring harness wasn't working right. Rather than turn us away and tell us to come back after we got it fixed, he spent two hours in the parking lot troubleshooting our problem and trying a few different solutions. None worked so he tracked down the part we needed, went and got it in his own vehicle, came back and installed it and all he asked for was payment for the part. He did all this just to make sure we could proceed with our move as scheduled. This is absolutely top notch customer service, well beyond what he need to do. We can't thank him enough for his time and help. I will need another trailer soon and you can bet he'll be the man I go to to get it

Connie, Jason & Stacy went above and beyond so I could get my UHaul from them and return it to them. The best customer service and friendly people. Would recommend them to anyone!

Couldn't get any of the other 2 notaries in town to answer my phone calls or reply to my voice mails. Close Auto not only answered my call but had us in and out with a vehicle title transfer in no time. Greatly appreciated!!
