Club Car Wash

Scratched my brand new car! Tons of scratches! It’s obvious it’s from the brushes. They refused to pay or acknowledge it was from their car wash

I have had a membership here for some time. Today's experience has enticed me to finally speak up. Apparently there was a truck ahead of us that had a lot of mud and or gravel the attendants hosed off before entering. They then spent several minutes washing it away before other vehicles entered. All the while the line kept growing. I was wanting to just exit but could not due to the fact one of the employees always blocks the side exit lane with their vehicle. Now the next thing which has been bothering me for some time. Our vehicle has the gear selector on a column stem. When you are trying to exit after the wash, you have to apply the break to engage drive. As close together they make the cars in this place, this could very easily cause the car behind to hit us. Very disappointed on the price increase. My military discount jumped $11 a month. For a 77 year-old veteran on a fixed income, That’s a pretty big jump. I called and asked if is possible to lower it and of course the answer was a flat no. I like the car wash, but I’m sure I can find one that is just as good for a cheaper price. so that being said, I’ll Be moving on.

I think this is a great place to get your car washed they get you through in a timely manner and do an excellent job I like the idea there are attendance on the outside before you go into the wash that rinse off the dirt and debris in certain areas of your vehicle
