Club Car Wash

Same experience as everyone else: aggressive sales pitch for the monthly membership, having to tell them "no" a million times, once I do give them a hard no-- given attitude and smiles go away. I love this type of car wash, especially with the vacuums, but this type of selling isn't going to win me over. I can appreciate aggressive selling, and not taking no for an answer, but the attitude is what makes me never want to come back ever again. If I want a single wash because I never go to places like this, it should be taken in gratitude that I even gave your place a shot. If my first experience is a good one, then perhaps next time I'll sign up for the membership. First impressions, ya know?

The sale’s tactics here are inappropriate. I understand the attendant is probably forced to not take no for an answer , but you shouldn’t have to decline five times for a single wash. If your service is good, let it speak for itself. People will come back. I also had soap residue all over my car and ended up having to wipe it down when I got home.

Used to do a great car wash - but needs maintenance. We've washed our car here for the last two months and every time the cars leave wet. The blowers are not working and the brushes need to be maintained.

My first wash, the employee really tried hard for me to get the membership. I didn't mind the effort; it apart of their job. I didnt end up getting a membership that day. Im a result type of person and the results of the wash I got that day made me feel comfortable to go back and get a membership

Went by to wash my work truck was told that they have a promotion going on so I decided to sign up my personal truck when I got there. The young man did not want to honor it and said yeah she probably said it, but I can’t on it so at this point I’d just like to cancel all my services with you.
