Club Car Wash

They recently bought a car wash in West Chicago IL that I used. To keep it short they screwed over anyone who had a yearly membership. Canceling all of them, but I could buy a new membership at a discount price. No consideration for the $300 plus I already spent. Way to stand by the customer Club Wash. I will not be giving you any future business. Hope hope others you screwed over do the same.

Tunnel loading is complicated, wash could have been better for a brand new site.

I was a fan of Wett car wash and club car wash has not disappointed. A couple things I know attendants will wash mats, I wish you had a self mat washer. My only grip is the tip jar at front and then again online. No other car wash does that. The employees are friendly but don't really do anything for the tip. Tipping fatigue is real and I would suggest removing the tip jar. Thank you

I loved the old wett car wash convery belt. I wish they had kept that. So far everyone has been super nice. Today it was nice to get the car mats washed after a long winter.

I was a member here when it was Wett car wash, I love the improvements made here by Club. The prestaging power washing by workers before going through the actual wash really helps especially with getting the back and front of the car where I feel most general car washes don't get that good. While this place was being updated after Wett closed, I took a membership at the Everclean wash across the street, half the time Evercleans equipment doesn't work or they are never open during their normal posted hours in the morning. Ill never go back to Everclean again now that this place is open. Keep doing what you're doing Club!
