There was a little mix up when I booked so they couldn’t come at the time of my appointment, but they certainly compensated me for 20$ and made another appointment. James did my car, very professional, very friendly and he did AN AMAZING JOB with all the stains in my car’s fabric. They are all gone even though he said it is not guaranteed!! So happy with the service and will be back again!

Derek did an AMAZING job with my CR-V today! Even though it was super hot outside, he spent extra time to make sure all of the pet hair came out of the carpet. Seriously, I couldn’t find a single one after! Highly recommend.

Even in the heat, Derek did a great job with interior and exterior detailing. He showed up early and communicated well throughout the process. Communication from the office was good as well because we needed to make a slight schedule change beforehand. I'll use ClubExec again for my detailing needs.

TL/DR 1. Tip your cleaners directly—tipping through their system doesn’t seem to reach the workers. 2. Their customer service is frustrating and inconsistent. 3. Recently, I’ve noticed major misses, like large dirt spots on the exterior, incomplete wheel cleaning, and no attention to the tonneau cover. The cleaning crews also often seem unaware of what service I’ve booked, which is frustrating. The tipping system is also problematic.
