I wish I read the reviews here first. Bait and Switch!! Don't let their reasonable price online fool you; you will end up paying far more in the end. They will scam you out of every penny they can. Go to a reputable car rental company. Getting to their office late at night, I had few options to change reservations so I paid the extra 24 per day to use their SunPass even though I had my own transponder with me, though this practice is illegal, they said I could use their pass or cancel my reservation with the 3rd party. They charged an extra 90.00 because they wouldn't take my credit card (which is in good standing), and I had to use debit. As others mentioned, they wanted a 2500.00 deposit; most companies charge a few hundred. When I returned the car, they charged a 300.00 cleaning fee

I’m giving two stars only because the shuttle driver and the desk agent were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the business practices overshadow everything else. I booked with Clubs Auto Union based on a quoted rate that appeared reasonable. What was not made clear at booking, or anywhere upfront, is that they require a minimum of $500,000 in liability insurance. This requirement was presented in a way that strongly implied it was Florida law, which it is not. It is their own internal policy. Because my personal auto insurance carried lower limits (which are still legally valid in Florida), I was told I had no choice but to purchase their insurance. Booking.com sold me insurance for my rental car. Carunion said I had to buy more insurance. The carunion insurance cost as much as the entire car rental price. Turns out Booking's insurance WAS sufficient. But no takesy backsies. I wish I would have paid a hundred extra to rent from Hertz or somebody reputable to know the price I was told WAS the price I'd pay. I'd have saved 2 hundred dollars.

Im from ct going to deal with only club rentals. They had bad reviews, but I give people a chance it turned out amazing 👏. The shuttle driver was on time waiting for me right when I arrived. I recommend them 5 stars 🌟 I stay what with I like.

Buyer Beware — Know What to Expect When Renting Through a Third Party If you’re renting through a third party (like Expedia, in my case), just be aware that there may be additional charges when you pick up your vehicle. I was charged an extra $96 on top of what I had already paid to Expedia. Part of that amount was for a SunPass, though it wasn’t clear exactly how the total was calculated. After a long travel day, I agreed to it just to get on my way. They offered two SunPass options: $19.99 per day for unlimited toll use, or $14.99 per day with tolls to be billed later. We chose the second option and had the car for four days. A $2,500 deposit was also placed on my credit card because I declined their insurance coverage. The deposit was returned a couple of days after my trip, so th
