Rented a minivan from here through Turo. Easy process picked up keys using lockbox, clean van.

Had a good time driving uGo Carz Tesla Model Y for 3 days while on vacation in Orlando. My only complaint would be all the tolls. It’s almost impossible to go out and back to your hotel in Orlando and not hit at least one toll. Yeah we had a pass but you get charged after you turn the car back in for tolls and every time you have to charge. I had to charge 3 times over a 3 day trip in Orlando.

Purchasing my car from Marc at Ugo Carz was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Great deals, amazing customer service is what I look for in every buying opportunity. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

Rented from here for a family trip. First off no one on the property to address any issues or concerns. Tried to contact the owner through Turo because that is where we rented the vehicle. However, the owner was slow to respond to our needs at the time sometimes hours or a day later. The 12-passenger van we rented smelled like straight moth balls and my husband even found one in the van. Might I add those things are very toxic. The van also had 2-month-old expired tags... How does that even happen? If we would have gotten in trouble with the law for them not keeping up with their registration in the tag information that would have been horrible. It's a no for us! Unfortunately, we can't recommend this place.

2nd Year ... at the USTA League National Competition. 2nd Anniversary renting from David and Mark ... good price Took the Nissan Leaf ... perfect for me ... easy to drive ... easy to charge ... easy to return at MCO. These Guys are Great!!!
