Scam alert. They force you into buying their insurance by requiring $500,000 in liability (the Florida state minimum is 10k) if you want to use your personal policy. And their insurance is $150/day. Total scam.

This was my second time renting a car with your company, and I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. When I booked the car, I specifically requested a package that included everything—including tolls. I made this very clear to your rental agent, Omar, multiple times. Each time, he assured me that the final price I was paying included all charges, tolls included. However, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that tolls were not included in the price I had already paid. This was infuriating. I trusted what I was told, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. This is unacceptable, especially for a returning customer.
