Coastal RV Center

We purchased our first RV from Coastal RV Center. Scott made the whole buying experience great (and he's just a nice guy). Jack and Bill went above and beyond prepping the vehicle and giving me a walkthrough of all the RV systems that gave me the knowledge and confidence to jump in and drive it 450 miles home. We just finished our 3rd outing and just love it. Will definitely check Coastal first if we ever decide to trade up in the future.

I waited a year before leaving this review because, if you've ever purchased an RV, you know that all new RV's need service. When considering a dealership, it's not just about the sale - it's also about the service. We purchased an ALiner Scout Lite in Jan 2025. We spent 83 nights in it traveling across the USA in 2025. It's a fantastic product. Previously we had a SylvanSport Go. The Scout is a HUGE upgrade coming from the Go. If you don't use the Go for ATV transport, it's not that useful of a product. We had a few defective parts that needed replacement on our new unit. The staff at Coastal (Justin, Scott, Jonathan and others) worked with us and made everything right. We had a great experience with the Coastal RV Center. Excellent customer service. Sincere, knowledgeable, and kind staff from sales, to service, to financing. A smaller business with a tight-knit, everyone-pitches-in, family atmosphere. Clear pricing and an excellent warranty offering for used RVs ($1,400 cheaper than our last warranty from the same company for the best coverage option they offer). Their service department went over the used RV we chose with a fine tooth comb and explained their findings and how they fixed any issues.
