Phenomenal customer service from the front desk to the service department. They care about their customers and doing the work right to solve the problem. Can’t recommend them enough and especially after all I went through getting the right tire for my trailer. I will only use Tower Tire going forward. Also big shoutout to Joshua Droszcz for all his help today. He went above and beyond to make sure I got home safe.

We were on vacation, in Edisto Island, when I discovered a slow leak in 1 of our tires. Our location was off the beaten path and I was concerned about being able to drive safely to a repair shop. These folks couldn’t have been any nicer. Very quickly repaired the tire and got me on my way. Thank you!

Tower Tire was recommended to us and I got a quote online quickly for new tires for my wife's Tahoe. She went to the store and talked with Jen. My wife explained what she wanted and Jen showed her another option she felt was going to meet her needs. It is that kind of service we need! The guys got the work done to our satisfaction, and my wife was impressed with the service received from start to finish.

STAY AWAY They are a scam. If you don’t look like your from around there they will SCAM YOU!! came in to get one tire. The tech BROKE the stem taking the lug nut off. Soon as they saw my gold chain and polo set. When I came in for a inexpensive tire They suddenly only had tires that were 3-400 bucks to fit. Told them no thank you I’ll go somewhere else. They told me well you have to pay for us to fix the broken stem! And wouldn’t let me leave unless I agreed. They are SCAMMERS. If you dress nice or have a nice car they WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU STAY AWAY
