David provided outstanding service—he was attentive, clear in his communication, and made sure I understood every step of the process. His professionalism gave me confidence that my truck was in good hands. Lee did fantastic work on my 2008 F250. The quality of the repairs and attention to detail were top-notch, and my truck is running better than ever. It’s clear he takes pride in his craftsmanship. On top of the great service, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops in the area. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines excellent work with fair and honest prices. They didn't do the testing I requested and claimed the problem was fixed only for the light to come back on as soon as I left. Waste of time and money. Would rather support local businesses, but they were kinda rude when I started asking questions.

I thought value was a lost cause when it came to vehicle repair services but these people proved me wrong. Great communication David! Lee did a great job on fixing my F-450 7.3 diesel which left me on the side of the road. They actually put your name on the key tag instead of a number!!! Called when they said they would! No one likes to pay for repairs but this place treats you right.

Great place to do business with. I got my dually stuck and no towe company would help. They sent a rollback with a rubber tire backhoe plus an operator to get me out. Just charged me for his man's time. I was expecting at least 4 or 5 hundred dollars. Thanks again Richie.

Drove my truck to Ravenel shop and it sat for about 8 months..They told me my truck is next and did nothing .I HAD TO HAVE TOWED FROM THERE AND 700.00 BILL. VERY BAD SERVICE
