Can’t recommend Lin and his crew enough! This is the first Google review I’ve ever written, but my experience with Coates was so good that I feel like I have to. Every other body shop in the area was booked until the end of the year, but after looking at the damage Lin managed to squeeze me in about 3 weeks after I first came to him. He was super transparent and friendly during the entire process and his pricing was very fair. My car looks great and I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about Lin and how he treats his customers. I came to Coates because a friend recommended them and I’ll definitely continue to recommend them.

I have a 1939 Cadillac Fleetwood that belonged to my great grandfather. Lin has worked on this car several times. He has done some body work, installed a worn out exhaust/muffler system that looks vintage, worked on the brakes, done some electrical work, etc. I am always impressed with him and the quality of his work. He is truly a master of his craft!

I can’t say enough about Lin and his team! They were the only auto shop that could get my car in before the end of the year. Not only that, but he quoted me almost 50% LESS than other shops to complete the repairs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix my car, these guys are the only shop I’d ever recommend to friends and family! I’m not typically inclined to write reviews, but with outstanding service like this, I couldn’t help but share. Thank you so much for the quick repairs and friendly service! 5 stars!
