NAPA Auto Parts - CJB Auto Supply

I purchased a battery from NAPA in Fairplay in January 2025. Right after a huge cold snap took mine out! Literally had to push my car down the mountain we were camping on to get to phone service to get a jump. There was a cheaper one online, said they had stock in store. Was going to purchase then get a better one after our vacation. They were "out" of that one. Didn't even need to check their inventory??? They sold me a more expensive one. Living in Colorado, in this same type of weather!! No problems until the winter comes again. Constantly having to have it jumped after every cold snap! STARTED JUST 9 MONTHS INTO PURCHASE. Last time,went to this store. They "checked" it out! "Nothing wrong" just "not the correct COLD CRANKING AMPS". 500?? According to them. "THEY SHOULD NEVER HAD SOLD I

It would be nice if you guys actually stayed open until 530 on Saturday, Like your hours on here say you are

The owner was curt and impatient, I was using a card they don't like and it was very evident. He did spend the time to figure out how to process my card which I appreciated but made it obvious that it wasn't worth the hassle since I was making a small purchase. The customer service from the other gentleman was very good and a bit of a relief but I don't think I'd go back unless I absolutely had to.

I bought brake parts from these guys because they told me they were premium quality and they charged more for them. Turns out they were exactly the same as the junk they sell at O’Reilly’s. So I call them and tell them they need to warrantee their junk and they get an attitude about it, like I didn’t just pay hundreds of dollars for garbage. I’m the one who should have the attitude.
