Kevin's Integrity Automotive

Last January, 2025, I discovered that pack rats had invaded my Toyota 4-Runner, and that my airbag warning light was on. Having had some previous damage, I didn't want to pay the high fees at Durango Toyota. A friend recommended Kevin's Integrity Automotive in Bayfield. We had never used Integrity (and never will). After dropping my 4 runner off for 10 days I received a bill of $3442.32 ($76 in parts, 28 hours of labor). Kevin was not happy when I suggested he had inflated the bill. Integrity found a damaged cable (a $30 part) to the airbag and "fixed" it with electric tape. After picking up the vehicle, the airbag warning light came back on. I took it back to Integrity where Kevin ran more "diagnostics" and gave me an estimate of an additional $4166 to "fix" the problem. B

What you see is what you get and the first thing is the word Integrity on the sign. Kevin displays excellent integrity and his team does fantastic work. I’m not from the area but needed help quick and I got it here. I recommend Kevin’s Integrity Automotive to all locals and if I run into auto problems when I’m here again I know where my truck is going. Thank you to Kevin and his team!

Me and my family have been coming to kevin for years and he is by far the best mechanic I've ever had. He knows his stuff and charges a fair and reasonable price. Youll never have to question what exactly has been done to your car because he provides a comprehensive document detailing everything hes done. I can't praise the mans work enough.
