Wow! I haven’t gotten service this good in a looooong time! I had to replace the battery in my 2022 Chevy Tahoe. I was surprised to discover it is a DOUBLE BATTERY. I couldn’t even lift the replacement! And to make it worse, it wasn’t just a pop off the pos/neg cables and slip in the new one. The manager of OReilly, Dennis, put it in for me! He was COMPLETELY KNOWLEDGABLE about how to do it and grabbed tools from his own truck to get the job done. We are so impressed and grateful, Dennis.

Wow! I go into the store to help with my air conditioner by asking if someone could look at my truck, and tell me what could (?) be the problem, plus if I do buy stuff to add for the air condition, help on showing me, they don’t do Nothen like that for customers. Then the manger said I can sell you the stuff, but what’s the point when I have no ideas on what to do, that’s why I came in for guidance. Plus no staff to help, yea right 3 people there working on shift. Two out of three people plain out right rude!!!! I’ll stay with autozone, autozone goes beyond service to satisfy customers!!!!!
